What are some of the things you do to help keep yourself grounded?

For me, it’s a combination of healthy eating, meditations and rituals that continually bring me back to the rhythms and elements that keep me focused, and a regular routine of exercise. Plus reading. I’ve got to feed my mind, body, and soul. Today, it feels so good to almost be back to my normal running routine after such a long time away. It’s felt incredible to take off in the sunshine and cold and let my body just feel everything. It’s cathartic and exhilarating.

Self care should be preventative maintenance and not corrective or curative. May we all be our best selves, every day.
